Wills & Trusts at the Niles Public Library

Attorney Jacob Ehrensaft will discuss estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, probate, and guardianship. Updates to the Illinois Power of Attorney Act on July 1, 2011, will be addressed. The importance of planning ahead as well as updating existing documents to reflect changes in the law and personal circumstances will be reviewed. Register here
